Q- Why is this bottle angled? A- The angle was originally designed to facilitate an accessory that would allow the bottle to be hung from different health club equipment and still maintain a perfectly vertical disposition.  More recently, the angle has proved itself to be an ergonomic feature that allows runners, skater, cyclist, and those who carry bottles to hydrate without cocking ones head.  It also is excellent when re-filling on those fountains with low water jet.

Q- I have seen these caps before.  What is the major benefit that your customers have found? A- This cap has a unique valve closure system that pops open only when the bottle is squeezed or suckled.  It does not require the user to pull a valve with his/her teeth and it will not leak.  Another unadvertised feature of this cap is that it shoots a burst of mist when it is squeezed in the vertical position.

Q- The bottle is some what awkward when pulling from a bike cage to take a drink.  Have you had any other comments on this fact? A- Yes.  We must admit we have had a good amount of feed back on this observation.  This bottle, due to its unique angle cannot be grabbed as easily in one of the four possible positions inside of a standard cage.  However, we have found that after a short learning curve, many riders catch on to their favorite technique of hydrating with this bottle.  The key is that no matter how you learn to hold this bottle, you will always leverage the benefit of keeping your eyes on the road and accessing ALL of the liquid in the container.

Q- We have experienced some leakage from the cap area.  Is this common and/or what are you guys going to do to fix these? A- Due to the design of this bottle, our engineers have been discussing ways to tighten the threaded area of the neck and increase the threads of the cap. The threads have been recently increased on the cap and a seal will be inserted to alleviate any future leaking.

Q- What is Tazi?   A- Tazi is short for Tazlina, which is a lake in Alaska.  It is also the namesake of our chocolate lab that is shown on our logo.

Q- What other products does Tazi produce? A- Tazi International manufacturers personal watercraft carts and accessories for the snowmobile industry.  Tazi is also producing what we hope to be the most revolutionary cage in the industry (samples are shown on the home page of this site).  We are also finalizing the clip accessory that will allow this bottle to be positioned on a users body while running, walking, skating or biking.  Of course, it will also allow the bottle to be hung anywhere.
